The management team is lead by a director and an executive director. 
The director is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience in the board of directors, finance, personnel and administration of various listed and multinational companies. He has also been in the accounting profession for more than 11 years.
 
The Executive Director holds a Master in Counseling from Universiti Malaya and has more than 14 years of experience  in training and outsourcing.
